I was born and raised in Seattle where I enjoyed quite an alternative sort of childhood, attending Waldorf school for 10 years with my three siblings. This is what started my appreciation of making beautiful things. I always enjoyed handwork, woodwork and art the most at Waldorf, and would often go home and make more of what we had made at school. When we learned how to knit socks in class I went home and knitted 4 pairs for my family for Christmas! They came out rather gigantic, but made great house slippers.
I have a good balance when it comes to the creative and logistical aspects of Industrial Design, and I am looking to explore the options that the Industrial Design world offers.
